SPECIAL MEETING

SUPERINTENDENT CANDIDATE INTERVIEW

 

  1. CALL TO ORDER: The school board meeting was called to order by Linda Backos at 6:30 p.m.

 

  1. ROLL CALL: Board Members present: Linda Backos, Skip Sittig, Cheryl Wignes, John Maynard, Mark Gualandri, Marc Fogarty, and Janet Meyer

 

  1. VISITORS: Jim Carlson, Mike Ruff, Mike Stone, Joe Schmidt, Gene Duffy, Jim Lamb, Chris Dvorak, Mike Matteson (exited the meeting at 7:23), and John Jones

 

  1. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Cheryl Wignes made the motion to enter into executive session at 6:30 pm to discuss the employment and compensation of the next superintendent.  John Maynard seconded the motion.  Cheryl Wignes made the motion to leave executive session at 7:55 pm. seconded by Janet Meyer

 

  1. ADJOURN: The motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:55 p.m. by Mark Gualandri.  Marc Fogarty seconded the motion.  The motion carried unanimously.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees.

 

Cheryl Wignes made the motion to enter into executive session at 6:30 pm.  John Maynard seconded the motion.

Cheryl Wignes made the motion to leave executive session at 7:55 pm. seconded by Janet Meyer.
